The ETHRAEON Clinical AI Governance seminar is delivered virtually. Booking is self-service and does not depend on a minimum cohort size. Confirmed sessions are scheduled to the participant time zone. This page names the published cadence and the booking flow so participants can plan without contacting the founder.

Six weekly ninety-minute modules with asynchronous materials and a practitioner project. Cohort window opens on the next available start date after booking; participants work at their own pace within each week.

How booking is auto-managed

Register through the format-specific link on the seminar page (each format has its own payment link).
Payment confirmation is issued by the payment provider at the moment of purchase.
The ETHRAEON seminar fulfillment worker records the booking against the seminar registry and stamps it with the ETHRAEON chain and forge for evidence integrity.
A confirmation with the session date, videoconference join link, and pre-read link is sent to the email address on the payment record within one business day.
The confirmation includes the session time in the participant declared time zone.
Reschedule and refund windows are documented on the seminar access page.

Time zone canonicalization. The confirmation email carries the session time in the participant declared time zone. If the time zone was not declared at purchase, the schedule is issued in Europe/Rome. Cohort programs run on a Europe/Rome calendar; a global-friendly window is scheduled when the cohort roster spans more than three time zones.

Booking lookup

If the confirmation email has not arrived within one business day, use the inquiry form on the seminar page with the following details and the schedule is re-sent:

Booking reference from the payment confirmation email
Name on the payment record
Organization, if the booking was placed on behalf of an organization
Preferred videoconference platform, if you have a strong preference

For urgent rescheduling within 48 hours of a session, use the same inquiry form with the subject line prefixed by URGENT and the seminar operator on-call is notified.

What auto-management delivers today

Session record written into the ETHRAEON seminar registry with chain and forge stamp at moment of payment.
Fulfillment side-record stored on the operator KV so the seminar operator can pull the participant list without a database query.
Confirmation email including session date, videoconference join link, and pre-read link within one business day.
Recording, transcript, and workbook delivered within one business day after the session.
Attendance record issued as a PDF with ETHRAEON chain and forge stamp for participants who attend live.

Honest gap. The videoconference join link and calendar invite are attached to the confirmation email by the seminar operator, not by a third-party live scheduling API. This is by design; the seminar operator sets each session in a governance context the operator controls. Auto-issued calendar invite files (.ics) are on the roadmap when the seminar volume justifies the abstraction. Reschedule and refund actions run through the seminar operator inquiry form or the payment provider portal, both linked above.
