Step 1 · Confirmation and schedule
Your booking is recorded
Payment confirmation is issued by the payment provider at the moment of purchase. Your record is stored against the seminar registry and carries the ETHRAEON chain and forge stamp for evidence integrity.
A confirmation with your session date, videoconference join link, and pre-read link is sent to the email address on your payment record within one business day.
The published cadence per format and the booking flow are on the seminar schedule page.
If you have not received the confirmation after one business day, use the inquiry form on the seminar page with your name, organization, and booking reference, and the schedule will be re-sent.
Step 2 · Pre-read
Reading list
The full reading list is published and stable. It is keyed to the six curriculum modules and links directly to the canonical ETHRAEON papers catalog.

Step 3 · Attend live
Virtual attendance
The seminar is delivered virtually. The videoconference join link is included in the confirmation. No local install is required for the workshop and briefing formats. The cohort program includes hands-on lab work that runs entirely in the browser.
Sessions are captioned live. A written transcript is delivered with the recording after the session.
Time zone: the confirmation email carries the session time in the participant's declared time zone. If the time zone was not declared at purchase, the schedule is issued in Europe/Rome.
Step 4 · Post-session
Recording, transcript, workbook
Within one business day of the session, the recording, transcript, and workbook are delivered to the email address on the payment record. The recording is durable; the workbook is a PDF companion for the hands-on lab.
Reading list links remain valid indefinitely. Recordings and workbooks are versioned; if a curriculum module receives a published-paper update, the workbook is re-issued.
Support
Scheduling questions or reschedule requests use the inquiry form on the seminar page with your booking reference. Rescheduling is available within thirty days of the original session at no charge; beyond thirty days a rebooking is issued.
Refund requests are handled through the payment provider portal linked in the payment confirmation email. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Cohort program participants receive a program-specific calendar with all sessions in the confirmation email.
Certificate
Attendance record
Each session issues an attendance record after live attendance is verified. The attendance record is delivered as a PDF and carries the ETHRAEON chain and forge stamp. It is suitable for professional development records and continuing education portfolios where the participant's regulatory context accepts it.
