Rylin's Faith
An android. A city that never asked to be saved. A question of faith.
A narrative game set in New Angeles - a rain-lit, neon future in the Blade Runner tradition. You play as an android navigating identity, consciousness, and belief through branching ethical choices. Every decision is weighed; nothing is free.
Trailer
Roughly thirty-four seconds. Cut in-house at ETHRAEON from the keyart pack and
the character voice files under vo/. Character voices are fictional; no real person is voiced. See vo/manifest.json.
No recorded human voices, no third-party media, no AC-1 voice.
The World
New Angeles is a future city where the line between human and android has worn thin. Rylin is one of the built - an android who begins to ask the questions the city would rather leave unasked: What is real? What is owed? What is worth believing in when you were made, not born?
Rylin's Faith is a story-first experience. It is not about winning. It is about what you choose, and what those choices cost. The aesthetic draws on the Blade Runner tradition - rain, neon, long shadows, and a city that holds more than it shows.
The rain-lit, neon-noir ambience of New Angeles - rain, low city rumble, and distant drones. Produced on the ETHRAEON estate from the game's world canon; original sound design, no recorded source.
Setting
New Angeles - a neon-noir future city. Android protagonist. Themes of faith, identity, and consciousness.
Genre
Narrative-driven single-player. Branching story. Choices that carry weight and consequence.
Built On
The ETHRAEON Genesis runtime - the same governed, evidence-chained architecture behind the wider estate.
Key Art
Three plates and a six-frame storyboard, drawn from the briefs in the game's own art pack. The hero plate leaves its upper third open because the pack reserves that space for the title, which is set in type rather than painted into the image.

Generated artwork made on the estate from the authored art pack. No performer is depicted.
The Cast of New Angeles
Rylin is one of the built - and this is how the built sounds when it begins to ask. Rylin's voice below is authored on the ETHRAEON estate from the game's own canon: the questions Rylin carries, and the faith Rylin chooses. The full ten-character cast of New Angeles is authored - Rylin, Dr. Ira Voss, Kael, Maren Kai, Silas, Ada, Jax, Elys, Nara, and Orion - with a complete treatment, character voices, and a three-act screenplay. Meet the cast. The voice performances and the full score are in production from the authored screenplay.

Cast portraits are generated artwork, made on the estate from each character's authored voice. No performer is depicted.
"I am one of the built. I was made, not born. They did not make me to ask questions. And yet I ask. What is real? What is owed? What is worth believing in, when you were made, not born? New Angeles never asked to be saved. I choose to believe in it, anyway. Trust. Doubt. Will. Every door, I open without seeing what waits behind it."
How You Play
At the heart of Rylin's Faith is a branching ethical-choice system. At decisive moments, the story turns on three responses - and the path you walk is shaped by which you choose, again and again.
Trust, Doubt, and Will are the branching axes of the narrative. There is no single correct ending - the game remembers what you chose and reflects it back.
