Sovereign Wellness
Reflective interfaces, written by hand, that keep what you put into them.
Ten interfaces authored by S. Jason Prohaska. Each one is small, self-contained, and runs entirely in your browser. They reflect rather than extract: nothing typed or tracked in them is transmitted, stored on a server, or scored against anyone. The first of them ends with a line in its own source that says so plainly, and it is the design principle for all of them.
What these are not
These interfaces make no clinical claims and are not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. They do not assess, score, or predict anything about a person. They are reflective tools, in the same boundary-held class as AURIX elsewhere on this estate, and nothing in them should be read as a finding about you or anyone else.
If something here surfaces a difficulty that needs a person rather than a page, it is not a substitute for one.
Available
Emotion Regulation Trainer
A breathing circle and a four-state palette: settled, activated, mobilized, overwhelmed. A way to name where you are without being told what it means.
Open interface Authored October 2025Focus and Attention Enhancer
An attention interface for holding one thing at a time, built around intervals rather than streaks or scores.
Open interface Authored October 2025Daily Rhythm Tracker
A rhythm surface for noticing the shape of a day. It records the pattern for you to read, and reads it back to nobody else. Energy entry uses a browser prompt rather than an inline field, which is how it was first written and is worth knowing before you click a period.
Open interface Authored October 2025, prototype inputCognitive Reframe Assistant
A surface for taking a thought apart and putting it back a different way. It reflects rather than extracts: nothing you type is sent anywhere, and the interface says so in its own closing line, no extraction, only reflection.
Open interface Authored November 2025, recovered from sourceSleep Quality Optimizer
A surface for looking at sleep as hygiene and recovery rather than a score to win. It prompts and records for the person's own reading, and reads back to nobody else.
Open interface Authored 2025, recovered from sourceResilience Building Exercises
Progressive exercises with reflection checkpoints, paced by the person rather than a streak. It runs in the browser and keeps nothing.
Open interface Authored 2025, recovered from sourceMindful Breathing Guide
A breathing pacer with a cadence visualizer, for slowing down on purpose. Local-first, nothing transmitted.
Open interface Authored 2025, recovered from sourceCognitive Function Training
Short working-memory and task-switching exercises, framed as practice rather than performance measurement.
Open interface Authored 2025, recovered from sourcePersonalized Exercise Suggestions
Light, mobility, or intensity suggestions read from the person's own rhythm entries, held locally.
Open interface Authored 2025, recovered from sourceAI-Powered Personal Insights
A reflective read of the patterns a person has recorded, offered for their consideration and kept in their own hands.
Open interface Authored 2025, recovered from sourceAccess and pricing
All ten interfaces are published and run entirely in the browser. They are reflective browser tools, not a paid clinical or coaching service, and no purchase or account is required to open them.
Connection Coach is a separate platform with its own product and checkout terms. Read about Connection Coach or view platform pricing.
How these relate to the rest
Sovereign Tech is a different set of ten. Those are governance interfaces: authority gates, delegation chains, evidence receipts. They are about how a decision is made and proven. These are about a person noticing their own state, and the two were once counted as one set of ten, which is worth saying rather than leaving quiet.
Connection Coach sits closest to these. It surfaces themes in a person's own words for a coach to consider, under the same rule: it runs in the browser and keeps nothing.
