Honest per-dimension state for the Constitutional Residency Framework scaffold. Dispositions are sourced verbatim from the CRF T300 registry. This dashboard reflects state; it does not author new legal or safety content.

Staged and truthful. CRF is a proposed governance framework for high-risk cultural and hospitality residencies. It is not a certification, legal opinion, live telemetry feed, or evidence that a residency has been audited. Advance requires qualified legal review and worker-representative review.
