This Cookie Policy describes how ETHRAEON Systems uses cookies and similar storage technologies across our public surfaces (ethraeon.ai, ethraeon.systems, contact.ethraeon.ai, papers.ethraeon.ai, and related subdomains) and product surfaces.

2. What Cookies We Use

ETHRAEON public documentation surfaces are primarily static and do not set advertising cookies. Where cookies or equivalent storage are used, they fall into these categories:

• Essential: required for site operation, security (for example CSRF protection on the contact form), and session continuity on authenticated product surfaces. These do not require consent under GDPR because they are strictly necessary to deliver the service.
• Preference: optional storage used to remember your language selection (for the thirteen-language switcher) or interface preferences. Stored locally in your browser.
• Analytics: aggregate technical telemetry (page load performance, error reporting) is only enabled where explicit consent has been given or where the analytics is fully self-hosted and privacy-preserving. Third-party marketing analytics are not deployed on our public documentation surfaces.

3. No Third-Party Advertising or Tracking

ETHRAEON does not deploy third-party advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies on any surface under our control. External links you follow are governed by the destination's own cookie practices.

4. Browser Controls

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may cause parts of the product to stop working (for example, staying logged in). Preference and analytics cookies can be blocked without affecting core functionality.

5. Server Logs

Standard web server logs capture request metadata (IP, timestamp, URL, user agent) independent of cookies. This is not cookie-based tracking. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

6. Regional Notes

EU, UK, and EEA visitors: essential cookies are used under legitimate interest without consent, as permitted by GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. Any non-essential cookies will present a clear opt-in consent mechanism. California and other US-state visitors: no personal information is sold or shared as those terms are defined by the applicable state privacy law.

7. Future Changes

If our cookie use changes materially, this notice will be updated with a new last-updated date and, where required, an appropriate consent mechanism will be presented on the surface where the change applies.
