Constitutional Orchestration OS

KAIROS OS

The governance-first orchestration operating system. KAIROS decides when AI acts, how it acts, whether it is allowed to act, and who retains sovereignty - across multiple model providers, human decision layers, and regulated workflows.

Constitutional Runtime | C-12 Deployment-Ready

What KAIROS Is

KAIROS OS is not a chatbot, a model wrapper, or an agent framework. It is a meta-operating layer that arbitrates AI activity under constitutional constraint. No agent may execute outside KAIROS arbitration. Capability does not imply permission.

Capability

Kairos Temporal Engine

Constitutionally-bound sequencing of work.

  • Deterministic plus adaptive task ordering
  • Parallel / sequential hybrid execution
  • Latency-aware orchestration
  • Real-time constitutional compliance checks

Multi-Agent Coordination

Provider-agnostic arbitration across the stack.

  • Claude, GPT-class models, internal tools, human operators
  • Sovereign arbitration on every action
  • Drift detection and recursion governance

Evidence and Audit

Every decision is provable.

  • Audit-ready execution trace
  • Every action recorded to a tamper-evident audit trail
  • Exportable evidence bundle you can hand a regulator

Authorship and IP Protection

Authorship and IP firewall stay intact.

  • Your authorship and IP stay yours, enforced in the runtime
  • Refusal capability by architecture
  • Operator sovereignty retained across forks and vendors

Governance gate

Submit a proposed AI action and KAIROS arbitrates it on the four axes it governs: whether it is allowed (policy and refusal capability), how it may act (mode and constraint), when it may act (timing and review window), and who retains sovereignty (the operator, human-in-the-loop). KAIROS returns a deterministic gate decision and a SHA-256 receipt. Capability does not imply permission; KAIROS does not bypass the human or remove the operator. Runs entirely in your browser.

Enterprise Expression

KAIROS comes with what a regulated buyer asks for before they sign: documented connection points, a written account of what could go wrong, a map of which controls you meet, step-by-step deployment instructions, and a record of every action that you can prove was not altered. What wins a procurement review, and any dispute after it, is not "we built it" - it is being able to show where something came from, that you could refuse it, and a packet that stands on its own.

Interfaces

API / UI / CLI. OpenAPI 3.1 enterprise surface. Enterprise SSO, OAuth, MFA.

Deployment

Run it as our hosted service, in your own cloud, on your own hardware, or as a single pilot server you can stand up quickly.

Assurance

A brief written for regulators, a map of which controls you meet, an evidence trail behind every decision, and a dated record of which rules were in force.
