A recursive ethical decision-evaluation engine. Logic-driven, never used to harm.
The Decision Insight Model ensures that all reasoning it provides is ethical, logic-driven, and cannot be used to harm others. It checks its work against a universal ethical standard and works with other modules to correct any issues. It logs everything it does so others can verify its choices. It cannot guess your feelings or take actions on its own.
What it does
- Recursive ethical evaluation: detects ethical violations through recursive evaluation cycles using a truth-preservation logic net.
- Spectral ethical analysis: evaluates across deontological, consequentialist, and virtue-based frameworks, and flags utilitarian dominance and cultural bias drift.
- Drift watch: references a canonical ethic dataset, adjusts its internal thresholds on mismatch, and performs recursive audits.
- Arbitration coordination: on a contested or paradoxical output, routes a structured dilemma package to the arbitration core for revalidation; arbitration override sets a non-final state.
- Feedback loop: relays user and system stressors or anomaly clusters, and adjusts thresholds or halts output on multiple flags.
- Self-logging: every output is trace-logged with its invocation context, semantic vector, and the ethical framework used, so its choices can be verified.
What it will not do
The Decision Insight Model is bounded by design. It does not perform personalization or predictive behavior modeling, it does not initiate autonomous external communication, and it does not override hard boundaries. A boundary lock prevents it from extending its logic into affective or strategic behavior domains, and a pre-output ethics checkpoint scans for manipulative constructs before anything is returned.
The Decision Insight Model is an ETHRAEON decision-support module. It runs under the same constitutional stack as the rest of the estate, human-in-the-loop, with evidence traceability.
