1. Principal authorizes Agent A
Scope: evaluate the partnership proposal. Tier T4.
2. Agent A sub-delegates to Agent B
Narrowed scope: assemble the evidence pack only. No approval authority.
3. Agent B accepts
Acceptance under the narrowed scope. Bound by the chain above.
