BRAND GUIDE
ETHRAEON visual and verbal identity, governed under the brand constitution (T5-RIGID)
Purpose. ETHRAEON presents as a constitutional runtime and evidence control layer: governance-native AI infrastructure. The brand register is institutional and formal-technical. Light parchment is the default marketing register; the void surface is used only for the constitutional-runtime dark UI. This guide is the reference for the color system, typography, voice and tone, and claims policy.
Color System
ETHRAEON Forest
Primary accent, links, interactive elements (forest-700).
ASUM Gold
Ceremonial, seal, emphasis (gold-500). Used sparingly.
Parchment
Default page ground (parchment-50, light register).
Parchment Raised
Cards and panels (light register).
Void
Constitutional runtime and dark surfaces only (void-900).
Semantic Pass
Allow, pass, healthy states.
Semantic Fail
Block, fail states.
Semantic Warning
Alert, caution states.
Text: primary #131210, secondary #56503F, muted #7C7460. No neon or hacker green; no marketing blue. Forest is the only green.
Typography
Heading weight 700, body weight 400, base size 16px, line-height 1.6. Header letter-spacing 0.15em.
Voice and Tone
- Institutional register, formal-technical, third-person declarative.
- State facts. Never speculate.
- Measurements are as-measured. Claims are as-documented.
- Governance language over marketing language.
- Precision over enthusiasm. No superlatives unless quantified.
- No future-tense promises on public surfaces.
- Public surfaces avoid promotional or hype terminology, revenue or valuation-inflation phrasing, vague trust language, and internal prototype code-names.
Approved Descriptors
- Entity: constitutional runtime and evidence control layer.
- Architecture: runtime enforcement via the PEP and PDP pattern.
- Evidence: immutable evidence chain with hash verification.
- Compliance: SOC 2 control mapping with documented gaps; SOC 2 self-certified; ISO 42001 readiness-mapped.
- Governance: T5-RIGID constitutional governance.
- Stage: institutional infrastructure phase.
Claims Policy
Principle: as-measured, as-verified, as-documented. Every public claim maps to an allowed form.
| Claim | Allowed | Not used |
|---|---|---|
| SOC 2 | SOC 2 control mapping at X percent (Y of Z controls documented); self-certified | Unqualified compliance or certification language |
| Patents | 16 filed, 73 specifications, 9 families, under assignment to the entity | Grant-implying language before grants issue |
| Revenue | Pre-revenue; metering infrastructure operational | Revenue-earning language before actual revenue |
| Automation | Automation score X percent (CI-measured) | Unqualified full-automation language |
| AI safety | Constitutional governance enforcement via runtime PEP and PDP | Unquantified safety claims |
| Verification | Independent verification harness: X of Y checks pass | Third-party-verified language before an audit |
| Category | AGI-class, ASI-class, SGI-category (architectural positioning) | Any achieved-state claim for the category |
